BeamLog is an offline notebook for laser cutter and engraver settings: power, speed, passes, focus and air assist, together with the machine, the material and a photo of the test swatch. Write to timkrechel@googlemail.com and you will get a reply from the person who wrote the app.

Two things worth knowing before you ask: entries and photos live on your device only, so reinstalling the app without a device backup loses them. And the purchase is a one-time unlock — if it is missing on another device, use Restore Purchases in Settings.

Privacy Policy

BeamLog collects no data. None.

There is no account, no server and no analytics. Everything you enter — machines, settings, notes and photos — stays in the app's own storage on your iPhone.

• No data collection: the app does not collect, store or transmit any personal or usage data.
• No network connections: the app contains no networking code. It works the same in airplane mode as it does at home.
• Camera and photos: BeamLog asks for camera access only when you photograph a test swatch. Picking an existing photo goes through Apple's system picker, which hands over the one image you chose without giving the app access to your library. Photos stay in the app.
• Purchases: the one-time purchase is handled by Apple through the App Store. BeamLog only learns whether it exists — never your payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies to that transaction.
• Export: the CSV export creates a file you decide about. BeamLog sends it nowhere; where it goes is up to you in the share sheet.
• Children: BeamLog is not directed at children and collects no personal data from anyone, at any age.

Because BeamLog processes no personal data, there is nothing for us to share, sell or delete on your behalf.

Zwei Dinge vorab: Einträge und Fotos liegen ausschließlich auf deinem Gerät, eine Neuinstallation ohne Backup verliert sie also. Und der Kauf ist eine einmalige Freischaltung — fehlt sie auf einem anderen Gerät, hilft Käufe wiederherstellen in den Einstellungen.

Datenschutzerklärung

BeamLog erhebt keine Daten. Keine.

Es gibt kein Konto, keinen Server und keine Analyse-Werkzeuge. Alles, was du einträgst — Maschinen, Einstellungen, Notizen und Fotos —, bleibt im Speicherbereich der App auf deinem iPhone.

• Keine Datenerhebung: Die App erfasst, speichert und überträgt keinerlei personenbezogene Daten oder Nutzungsdaten.
• Keine Netzwerkverbindungen: Die App enthält keinen Netzwerkcode. Im Flugmodus funktioniert sie genauso wie zu Hause.
• Kamera und Fotos: BeamLog fragt nur dann nach Kamerazugriff, wenn du einen Test-Swatch fotografierst. Beim Auswählen eines vorhandenen Fotos übergibt Apples System-Auswahl ausschließlich das eine gewählte Bild, ohne der App Zugriff auf deine Mediathek zu geben. Fotos bleiben in der App.
• Käufe: Den einmaligen Kauf wickelt Apple über den App Store ab. BeamLog erfährt nur, ob er vorliegt — niemals deine Zahlungsdaten. Für diesen Vorgang gilt Apples Datenschutzerklärung.
• Export: Der CSV-Export erzeugt eine Datei, über die du selbst entscheidest. BeamLog verschickt sie nirgendwohin; wohin sie geht, bestimmst du im Teilen-Dialog.
• Kinder: BeamLog richtet sich nicht an Kinder und erhebt von niemandem personenbezogene Daten, unabhängig vom Alter.

Da BeamLog keine personenbezogenen Daten verarbeitet, gibt es nichts, was wir weitergeben, verkaufen oder in deinem Auftrag löschen könnten.
